SHOPPING INFORMATION

Yes, we can provide a vat invoice.

Yes, if you want to collect your order during our opening times from our shop, just request this on the order form and a delivery charge will not be added.

We will ring you to let you know when the goods are ready to collect.

Most of our deliveries will be made using DPD couriers.

We may use Royal Mail for smaller packages.

If a package arrives and looks damaged, you can refuse it and it will be returned back to us. Please inform us immediately if this happens. If an item is found damaged after signing for it, please contact us on (01202) 686238 or email us at [email protected]  to notify us as soon as possible. We will ask you to email us an image of the damaged item plus the packaging it was delivered in.

Our team are available during our opening times as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 08.00 – 17.00
  • Saturday: 09.00 – 12 noon
  • Sunday:  Closed

Our products are UK specification. The 240v items are fitted with a UK plug. Cordless items that are supplied  with a charger will be UK spec and the charger will supplied with a UK plug. Please make sure you buy the correct voltage as any changes that are made to the plug supplied will invalidate the warranty or guarantee. Please check if the item you buy will be suitable for a different country.

In a word “Yes” all of the products we supply are brand new. We only supply genuine brands which are either direct from the manufacturer or from a reputable dealer.

The cut off time for next working day delivery is 3pm.

For example, if you place your order after 3pm on a Monday, your delivery will arrive on Wednesday.
